WI-HER is a group of dedicated professionals relentlessly focused on driving locally led and sustainable practices in global development. Our global team lives and works in the places where we implement projects—including North America, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean—so the WI-HER team understands the nuances of working in different contexts with a wide variety of communities and hard-to-reach groups. Our multicultural and multidisciplinary team is comprised of Masters- and Doctoral-credentialed public health, medical, legal, policy, development, and international relations professionals, who possess extensive experience working in a broad range of technical and programmatic areas, with proven experience in enabling locally-led and sustainable development.
