ACHIEVE Integrated Technical and Organizational Capacity Assessment
The USAID Adolescents and Child HIV Incidence Reduction, Empowerment, and Virus Elimination (ACHIEVE) Project is a five-year global effort to reach and sustain HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeeding women, adolescents, infants, and children. ACHIEVE emphasizes capacity development across its programming, equipping local organizations and implementing partners (IPs) with skills and tools to lead the implementation of activities to sustain HIV epidemic control. The ACHIEVE Integrated Technical and Organizational Capacity Assessment (ITOCA) Implementation Guide provides guidance for facilitators to lead the ITOCA process and subsequent capacity development activities. WI-HER, as a member of the ACHIEVE Project consortium led by Pact, integrated considerations to assess organizational capacity in gender equity, social inclusion, and gender-based violence prevention and response into the ACHIEVE ITOCA.
